The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of 校园 Security 政策 and 校园 Crime Statistics 行为 (20 USC § 1092(f)) is the landmark federal law, originally known as the 校园 Security 行为, that requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their camp使用s.

 The University of Dallas campus crime statistics are maintained and reported by the University of Dallas Police Department.

Dating Violence - Violence committed by a person who is or has been in a social relationship of a romantic or intimate nature with the victim.

(i) The existence of such a relationship shall be determined based on the reporting 当事人的声明并考虑到关系的长短、类型 of relationship, and the frequency of interaction between the persons involved in the relationship.

(ii) For the purpose of this definition –

Domestic Violence -

(i) A felony or misdemeanor crime of violence committed –

(A) By a current or former spo使用 or intimate partner of the victim;

(C) By a person who is cohabitating with, or has cohabitated with, the victim as a spo使用 or intimate partner;

(D) By a person similarly situated to a spo使用 of the victim under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction in which the crime of violence occurred, or

(ii) For the purpose of this definition –

(A) Course of conduct means two or more acts, including, but not limited to, acts in which the stalker directly, indirectly, or through third parties, by any action, 方法、装置或手段跟踪、监视、观察、监视、威胁或通信 to or about a person, or interferes with a person’s property.

Statutory 强奸 - Sexual intercourse with a person who is under the statutory age of consent.

Weapons: Carrying, Possessing, Etc. - The violation of laws or ordinances prohibiting the manufacture, sale, purchase, transportation, possession, concealment, or 使用 of firearms, cutting instruments, explosives, incendiary devices, or other deadly weapons.

University of Dallas Clery Geography - 校园 Security Authorities are obligated to report Clery 行为 qualifying crimes that are reported to them which occurred on Clery reportable locations.
